We want to provide an update on our telescope system at Starfront, and it’s good news!
We finally have confirmation that our new mount will be arriving at the facility within the next 1-2 weeks. We hope to be back up and running by mid to end of June at the latest! Tariffs have made this a challenge since the mount is coming from the EU.

Imaging the night sky, every night.
We are bringing in massive amounts of data almost every night. Where we’re at, its clear almost 200 nights per year. We have targets lined up in queue ready to explore and image, and hopefully we’ll get some good data. We’re imaging in full frame, 62 megapixels – thats a resolution of 9576×6388, allowing us to crop in without loosing much quality. At 1300mm of focal length on our telescope, we can easily crop in on smaller objects. We are currently working on multiple projects, and are planning a few upgrades to the imaging rig this year.
